7. Registration Fees Information

The registration fee for the PI Congress 2024 is GBP 360.

The invoice/link will be sent to you soon after successful registration and confirmation of identity.

Included in the fee:
  • Welcome reception
  • 4x lunches (Tuesday to Friday)
  • Coffee breaks
  • Public programme
Not included in the registration fee:
  • Travel & Accommodation

For Accompanying Persons, the registration fee is GBP 180. This covers attendance at public events and designated conference meals. Please note that accompanying persons can only be registered alongside official delegates

NB: PEN International encourages being conscious about international travel and its environmental effects. We recommend choosing direct flights when possible; for shorter international trips, consider taking a train or bus.

In case you need an official invitation, please provide your passport details. Only authorised persons will have access to your personal data.
Covid restrictions

Covid-19 restriction for international travellers heading to Sweden here. Please, check them regularly and read them carefully closer to the event. Organisers will not be capable of managing any issues concerning COVID-19 restrictions. Please, confirm, that you understand that it is your responsibility to check and fit the state requirements (PCR tests, Vaccination Certificate, etc.)
