Your access credentials will be sent to you via email shortly after confirming your identity. Please do not share your access credentials as they are unique and intended for personal use only.

Please note that voting rights will be granted to one Delegate representing each Centre eligible to vote.

If there are multiple delegates representing your Centre, please decide internally who will be the voting delegate and inform the Congress team no later than one week prior to the Congress. Otherwise, voting rights will be allocated based on the hierarchy within your PEN Centre.

To be eligible to vote, ensure that your membership dues are paid no later than one week prior to the Congress.
